The quality, attention to detail, customer service, and flexibility to customize the home to your needs. We insist on having consistent, continuous communication throughout the entire process of building your home. This starts before shovels are put in the ground.

Our homes are built to the strict requirements of Washington State energy codes. We also have the ability to go far beyond with things like solar, high efficiency building envelope, highly efficient heating and cooling systems, and hot water tanks to name a few.

Your home is fully customizable! The great part of building a custom home is it can be tailored to your lifestyle and desires.

Collectively, we will. Both Jerry and Jordan are available by phone, email, or text message during regular business hours for any questions you may have.

Changes can be made before or during the construction of your home. However, having your design and selections completed before will allow your project to move faster with a lower overall cost. 

The price of your home can be determined by all of the following: the cost of your land, designing your home, cost of materials, and the actual building. The “when” can be better determined once decisions on design and interior selections are made and quoted. Of course, if changes are made, those will change the cost of building your home. 

We like to have weekly onsite meetings with our clients to cover progress, changes, questions, and options during the build process. 

The building process is normally around 8 months start to finish. This does not include the permitting and design time. 

Our weekly meetings keep everyone up to date, and will address any concerns that may arise during construction. At completion we do a walk thru with our clients answering an question on how things work and noting any issues that need to be addressed prior to them moving in. One year after your home is completed, we will check back in with you again.
